Hi guys, I'm looking for free open source neurofeedback applications. I know of the configs. on brainbay but they're pretty basic, using only one electrode. Is there anything currently out there that's compatible with Openbci?
Dan, what type of training are you trying to do? Have you looked at the BrainBay tutorial and considered augmenting that to uptrain / downtrain the bands you are interested in? One of the best home training sites is Pete Van Deusen's Brain-Trainer , but that uses Bioexplorer, which is expensive and does not yet have a compatible driver.
BioEra does support OpenBCI, and is used by many neurofeedback practitioners, but does not come with a set of home-training protocols similar to Pete's.
A significant number of conventional neurofeedback training systems only use a few channels, 2 to 4 channels. Rare to see 8, 16 or 19 channels trained at once, unless you are talking about high end Z-score, or sLORETA QEEG systems. Such as Brainmaster BrainDx or ANI / Neuroguide.
