Joel Murphy Title, role

(BFA MassArt, Boston; MFA UC San Diego) is an artist/engineer living in New York. He owns a business designing and fabricating electro-mechanical systems for artists and designers. He is on of the founders of Pulse Sensor, an open-source heart rate monitor for Arduino. Joel has been teaching Physical Computing at Parsons the New School for Design since 2006.

Conor Russomanno Title, role

(MFA Design & Technolgy, Parsons School of Design, NY; BS Civil Engineering & Engineering Mechanics, Columbia University, NY) is an artist/engineer living in NYC. He is an avid brain-computer interface enthusiast and has been working with commercial/DIY BCIs incessantly for the last 2 years. Conor is a part-time faculty at Parsons School of Design, teaching Creativity & Compuation and a course titled The Digital Self.

His work centers on bio-sensors, especially on developing novel bio-sensing applications that are enable by continued advances in low-power embedded processing.

Aisen Caro Chacin Title, role

Mary is a creative type who likes to code and work with electronic hardware. She attended Parsons the New School for Design, and she's now a Creative Strategist at Fake Love. In her spare time, she performs live-coded visuals and experiments in the nexus of fashion and technology.
